The sweetest outdoor ceremony - it's Megan and Jake's wedding at Shadybrook Acres!
This wedding was So. Much. Fun! Megan and Jake were the best people you'd ever want to spend time with, and they were nuts about each other. Though there was plenty of fun and lightheartedness to their day, Megan and Jake's wedding was heartfelt and genuine. It was such an honor to be there to capture their big day.
Plus! I got to film at the always beautiful Shadybrook Acres! I haven't been here as often as I used to, but it's the location of some of my all-time favorite films. The waterfall, the covered ceremony site on the pond, the weeping willow, the classy and modern barn - everything about this place rocks! I genuinely hope I'm here more next season.
And even better, I got to work with my good buddy, DJ Collin Pahle of Pahle Entertainment! What a great dude! We had fun. And man, he turned that barn into a club when the lights went down! It was honestly hard for me to leave at the end of the night - it was awesome!
This was my first time working with photographer Alex Shaffer. She was great! Super professional, her energy was fun and chill, but she still got stuff done quickly and efficiently. She and I had a great time together, and I would highly recommend her work.
