Hello, thank you for this video. I recently lost my passport in the UK and was informed by the police station that they do not issue police reports for the lost passports so I could not apply lost/damaged passport on the website. I tried calling the Nigerian High Commission and could not get through, so I went on to apply for a renewal since the lost passport will get expired this December. I only have a soft copy of the data page and the visa sticker. I also only have my NIN number and the card is in Nigeria but I think it is verified since it was accepted on my application. Will I still be able to attend the interview without the hard copies?

Hello sis, please does the confirmation and appointment documents received via mail come immediately? Done mine now but I am yet to get any documents from NIS, I got just the payment receipt from Innovate

Hello, I recently applied, my appointment is in December but I wasn't provided with the acknowledgment slip and cant even find any option on their website to print it from. Did they ask you for the acknowledgment slip when you attended? or could it be that when I applied at the end Aug it was no longer required.
