I walk around New Augusta, the town within the town of Indianapolis that was annexed many years ago. We search for the old New Augusta train station where passengers once boarded to ride across Indiana and the midwest.

On a day off while the Indianapolis quarantine is in effect, I left the city. Most of the rest of the state is opening retail and restaurants. I'm just checking out my state a little bit and into the big forests.

If you're white, you have money and lots of it. Antigua is no longer the Antigua I once knew.
Very interesting! I lived just down the road from New Augusta on 71st street when I was a little kid back in the early '60s. Went to Kindergarten in the basement of that old church - the last year they held it there before Kindergarten was taken over by the school district. Years ago one of the residents told me that the building beside the church had been a bank or some kind of business that had been robbed by Dillinger. True or not? I dunno, but it's a fun story 😉
What is the meaning this sentences: took all my rights away.
Thanks ❤
I think the guy is nuts.
Very useful for my Ukrainian friends-thank you!
How much is a night at a hotel there?
Thank you so much!
Miss you guys playing in the garage. Absolutely influenced my music tastes. I might’ve been a young’n but this music absolutely slayed. Still got your autographed band pic!
Sad I never got to ride it.
still looks the same
Video stops and freezes 5:31 (“going through the cut”). On my Roku TH-cam app, on my iPhone 13 and on Chrome and Sarai on my desktop. Freezes and won’t go any further.
Yeah, it does that for some reason.
@@mmiddleton871 and going thru the cut is the best part. Lol.

Mike! Hola, hey sir I loved your video and the dialogue you shared with the car driver. I liked her mention of God at the beginning of your video, I remember the faith in God so many in Guatemala had when I traveled there many times years ago! How long was your visit and how did it go? Please respond,

Rain season
There are some waterfalls in Ajijic. They are in the hill called El Tepalo and they are only running in the season rain
Hi Esperanza, I had planned on hiking to El Tepalo on my 2nd to last day in Ajijic, but that morning my wife got news that her mom died and we had to catch an earlier flight back to Indiana. I'm very anxious to come back to Mexico.
To Mike. I am sure you will have more chances stay well stay healthy happy holidays.
@@esperanzahuerta2668 @Esperanza Huerta Thanks, Happy holidays. I hope to move to the Ajijic area within the next few years.
Hey how much was a ride to the lake and back to the city? And do you think it's a good idea to get a rental car or is that probably a bad idea for a solo 4 day trip?...I want to get to the lake, but I've never been to Guatemala
It was $25 one way to Antigua. I had my old Spanish teacher send her cousin who is an Uber Driver. I think you can type it on the Uber app from home and figure out the cost. I wouldn't want to drive from Guatemala City to Antigua. It's hectic. Do you mean Lake Atitlán because I had to go to Antigua then catch a transport to Atitlán. The transport was about $20. I don´t know about a direct trip to Atitlán. By the way once you are in Antigua or at the lake, it´s easy to get around by walking. The town at Atitlán have Tuk Tuk you can hire to get you around, but I walked most of the time
Thank you for sharing this. I grew up in Stinesville and Gosport. I'm homesick 😔
I really enjoyed visiting those town. I'm from Wabash, Indiana but moved to Indy 6 years ago. I love driving south of the city and exploring.

Oh, i really like this music. It's a differnt kind of gospel - Praise the LORD ! DIOS te Bendiga, Mike !
Your spanish, especially your accent is very, very good, Mike !!! Mostly people from the US have a different (american) accent, when they speak spanish
Hi, thank you very much. As I watch this I am correcting my own Spanish and helping myself. I've been studying a lot during the last 2 years.
Hi Mike, thank you for sharing your Uber-ride with us on youtube. How did the ride cost and how long did it take?
$25, 45 minute ride
Your a great guy Mike. N you speak their language very well. Fred Sanford always just added the letter L. to everything.
But if your wife should say. I’d like to talk it over with you. About my mother moving in with us. Ahhh.... NO!!!! There’s nothing to talk over about this PERIOD.
Just found this comical jewel Mike. There are instances when one can’t take their time though. Such as having diarrhea n running for a restroom. Or perhaps ( heaven forbid ) on the downward decent. After jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge. Or running from your wife who has a butcher knife. Always exceptions to the rule. Love your stuff my friend.
Here’s how you pronounce paragon paragun
Lol ikr people be like paragawn and we be like paragun haha
I'll keep that in mind in my newest video to be released later this Fall. Paragun, The Expose.
I’ll tell ya all the roads out in the country I know em ive rode on em too
That's awesome. I have a fun town going out riding in the country.
No bars downtown Martinsville anymore and they tore down the courthouse gazebo cause some poor soul kept sleeping there. Gentrification sucks.
That's a shame about the gazebo. I'm in Indy and I saw about 50 people sleeping under a bridge over the White River the other day. I hope they don't tear that down.
I have this disc . Kick ass . Went to their shows as much as I could . . . at the top of my lungs . All hail , Groove Monkey .
“I ain’t gonna read the whole thing let’s just look at the bridge!” Spoken like a true man.😂
Thank you
Thank you very much, very accurate video, short and right on the spot,
