    How can I show a deposit for a limited company I own while transferring a property to myself? For example, if I need to show a £90k deposit for a property valued at £300k, and I have £150k remaining on the mortgage with £150k in equity, how can I use £90k of that equity as the deposit without needing to put in £90k in cash?

    Really good video and interesting watch. I learnt a lot, Thank you Shaz! One thing to note about holding companies or any incorporated company. They need a bank account "Under UK law, limited companies are legally obligated to open and maintain a business bank account. This requirement is outlined in the Companies Act 2006 and enforced by Companies House, the government agency responsible for company registration and compliance." Thanks I learnt more about 20% investment for group structures. Now if your group or business stops being a "trading company" you can still claim the Asset Disposal relief up to 3 years after. www.gov.uk/business-asset-disposal-relief

      Bets to do it once the registration is in place - the conveyancing process will take you 6-10 weeks in any case.

    With a property trader company , does HMRC go by Sic codes, or does it have to be at least one sale gone through etc in the last 12 months ? How to prove that the company is a trading company if it’s new?
