I will be uploading exercises and how to properly preform them. Anything from dumbbell curls to power cleans, I want to use my knowledge to help others!
Yes. Kettlebell‘s are more built for this exercise so you can do heavier weight without it touching the floor as fast. Dumbbells can get a little big and stop your range of motion before you’re actually complete

Jeez dude maybe put on some muscle before trying to be a cookie cutter fitness guru
You mean how not to do Russian twists because our midsection would just fall off... you didnt know abs could fall off.... well sir... they can lolol you made them scared because they thought you were going to make them do another set! Well I guess no pain no gain?!
Good video; one note- if you link the videos you mention it makes it easier for people to swap over from the one it’s mentioned in, and more likely that they will :)
I've noticed one of my biggest problems when doing bent over rows or other forms of rows is that at some point my biceps take over the movement. Is that a weight issue, or is some part of the motion just more bicep than back?
Thinkloved it really depends on what type of two your doing. It can be a weight thing, yes, but go watch my pull up video and see how I activate my shoulders FIRST then perform the exercise. Same goes for rows as well
You mentioned that instead of dropping your calorie intake from say...3500 to 2500 you should do it over time i.e. 3500 - 3200 -3000 -2800 etc. What kind of time frame or frequency would you suggest someone just learning to do this make the next drop? Every 2 weeks? Every month?
Thinkloved every 2 weeks is a good start. Pay attention to your body though. If that seems too short, push it another week. Everyone is different! Keep that in mind
I've used these training techniques for a few years and I've had multiple shoulder surgeries as well. It really helps. If you have any other questions on this kind of stuff, shoot me a message!
Uh. What are those? Where is the intensity, pump up the weight a couple pounds and do pause reps at the top and slow eccentric release. Time under tension buddy!
Medic One you don’t need to use heavy weight to build your arms. Yes, the TUT method is very useful when training your bicep and triceps. This video was meant to be educational on the BASICS of how to perform a proper bicep curl.
Keep up the good work
Yee yee
Would that be a good snack for someone post gastric bypass??
I don’t see why not! Everything in moderation is fine but consult with your doctor first!

Correct, but now challenge yourself with a weight that you can’t do for 30 reps
This is an educational video. Not where I’m trying to show everyone how strong I am lol
Any difference in benefits between the kettlebell and barbell on an RDL?
