You forgot to mention crime, homelessness, rampant drug use, poor education system, and limited leisure activties. We do have good food though.

I am from El Paso (I still live there.) El Paso is getting bad like Las Cruces. But Las Cruces has an outrageous crime rate compared to EP. There’s a bad meth/fentanyl epidemic and murders galore. Not to mention all the child abuse cases. Can’t turn on the news for one day without seeing some single mom and her boyfriend who are in jail for abusing or murdering some innocent child. Sorry- but it’s the truth. Las Cruces has the potential to be beautiful and prosperous. Used to be beautiful there. El Paso isn’t much better. Crime getting out of control here too. Lots of drugs.

We hope we can bring value to those who are looking to move to Las Cruces or sell their property in Las Cruces NM. We also have a team in El Paso TX that can be of assistance. Everyone is encouraged to do their own research and make their own decisions. El Paso is full of traffic and is way bigger than Las Cruces. Las Cruces is a more relaxed pace of life and has beautiful mountain views similar to El Paso. City of Las Cruces is planning to revitalize the blight areas with a program similar to the Downtown Las Cruces MRA. It assists “to encourage private investment, promote economic activity, and support community-based redevelopment.” If anyone is interested in discovering more about this, we can share our resources.

If you like high taxes and Liberal government, this is the place for you.We are becoming more and more like the big cities. The homeless are out of control. Every corner and convenient store. I do Love the scenery, mountains are beautiful. Very limited water in this area. And for some reason LC has changed its Logo to something soooo ridiculous
@@mrdanmal1 thanks for the comment. What high taxes are you referring to? Property taxes in Las Cruces NM are very reasonable. Roughly at 1% annually. For a home purchased at $300,000, the yearly property tax is estimated at about $3,000. While in El Paso Texas, for the same purchase price at $300,000, the yearly property tax is roughly 3% or $9,000. For anyone with a fixed income, that will really make a difference!
I live outside Phoenix now but lived in Roswell before. I have visited Las Cruces many times. I have always loved the food. The Organ Mountains are just east of town. White Sands is nearby. If you are Catholic, the Diocese of Las Cruces covers most of Southern NM.

I've been to New Mexico. Want to move there ? It's rated number 50 of all 50 states for bad places to raise your kids. 50 % of the population is "Hispanic." There are hundreds of miles of nothing. Albuquerque (I've been there), is rated one f the most dangerous cities in America.

Good info - unfortunately the State income tax is way too high. Mandatory emission testings unnecessary. Property taxes are too high. The NM Governor tried to unconstitutionally disarm law abiding citizens. You have to get permission from the government to hold a yard sale I’ll pass on living in NM but keep up the excellent job on making videos excellent videos

Like any other place, it has crime. All my family lives here and nobody has been a victim of a crime. They’ve been living here for over 20 yrs. With todays economy everything is sky high food , gas ect. how do you consider over half a million dollars affordable living ?
This home has the luxuries that you would typically see in a $1M+ home. Gas, food, etc. in Las Cruces NM is still lower than other states. We've had clients that have shared that going out to eat for 2 is nearly $100 if not over that amount. That is not the case in NM. Are you living in Las Cruces NM? Or where are you living?
