Next time don’t do so many one rep singles before hand, you’re already close to it so I’d just do 135lb, 225lb as both deliberate warmup sets then jump straight to three plates
I think he warmed up just fine, maybe didn’t need the 130kg but 120 makes sense 100%
I also realised that my strength dropped quite a lot during the warmups so will definitely get straight into it next time🤝
@@Jozzylifts just always keep in mind warmups are only warmups if you aren’t pushing anywhere close to some sort of exertion/struggle. That’s why a lot of people (unless you’re on gear) recommend doing deliberate warmups with a super light weight then jumping straight to working weight. If you do that I think you got it for sure man
