I’m actually 50/50 on the first clip. Dude absolutely deserved to get arrested for the warrant he had and the extra charge for resisting when he wouldn’t get out of the vehicle when he was ordered to. However, he had legit proof that he was parked legally. He may have forgotten his placard at first, but as soon as he brought it out and showed the tow driver, the tow should’ve just dropped his vehicle right then and there. But because he didn’t, this leads me to believe this was 100% predatory towing. The cops should’ve picked up on that and should’ve told the tow driver to drop the vehicle and take the L, but instead they decided to side with the tow driver which is just lazy. Dude was already going to jail, so there was no reason to add insult to injury by letting this tow driver get away with predatory behavior even when the dude did provide proof he was parked legally. And before anyone thinks differently… I’m a tow driver myself and even I think this tow driver was in the wrong here as well as the responding officers that let him get away with it.

The tow truck driver is actually in the wrong. Also, these officers were WAY too aggressive with him. But I guess it is behavior of officers in this show that caused this show to ultimately be shut down.
