Randome cuts of workout from time to time as I use or used to do it. Not running much theese days, but it happens from time to time, barefoot of course - almost always do my workout barefoot nowadays. Martial art inspired workout is my passion and few things are more fun than light sparring and mitts training. I don't like Cross Fit but there are som great ideas of value into it that I like to FitCross. Born 1966 and dont care a shit about what the numbers say.

Lounges, static squat -ich with kb. Nice simple things primary for legs, core, stability and little something for the arms, and the whole body

Exploring the Barbell snatch. 25kg KB snatch. A brand new jumping rotational move ;) and other rotation work with the Barbell. Going on easy mode for the moment because of a fu ed up back that is getting better than ever after treatment. I have never been able to do a comfortable Barbell snatch before. So this is a good progression sign.

These inline speed skates are very well done. And at least 15 years old. They have gone through a lot of miles and brutal handling. Very messed up but still going strong. Not the best setup anymore and fixed with a lot of random spareparts. The wheels are in an even worse condition. But the setup still works. The couple training variant was really fun and worth explore further with experimental ideas. It gave some new interesting bahaviour to the bag. And nice unpredictable resistance movements for the other one (my wife in this case ;)

New beginning for a hardcore bodywork shit. I hope. I like it and want more, need more. Time to shake up the nerves and find the strength within the skill. I'll try my best to make this year a big calisthenic year. Close to 50 is no excuse :)

Great agility workout for legs and hips. And some not so fancy first time trying to do KneeJumping Pistols. I'll be back with some great looking fancy KneeJump Pistols in the future ;)
I first started using tires for muy thai training and imagination took over. I'm glad this video exists. I've started doing a lot of these, and I have to say it's pretty metal. I ended up here looking for more ideas and I found it. Thank you.
