    水音だけも癒されますが今回は別ウィンドウで音楽を同時再生して楽しませていただきました。 (ちなみにドビュッシーの「水の反映」) 9:30に自生ベンガルゴムが見えた気がするので今度自分も行ってみようと思います。

    この施設自体は巨大だが、そもそもこの界隈元から競合するショッピングセンターが多い。 代表的な施設はららぽーと新三郷だが自社競合としてイオンモール浦和美園、イオンモール春日部がありまた江戸川を渡った千葉県にも流山おおたかの森SC（高島屋系列）、ららぽーと柏の葉、最近できたテラスモール松戸もあり柏駅周辺も合わせ激戦区。

    骨董道りは都市計画道路で未完なため、堅牢な建物は二階までしか建てられず、それより高い建物は計画線まで後退して建てられています。 BLUE NOTE TOKYOは青山通りから骨董通りを少し進んだ右側の地下に以前はありました。収容100人ぐらいであったかと思います。 職場に青学卒業生もいて、新卒の女の子に案内してもらい何回かJAZZを聴きに行ったことがあります。 交差点から一本路を入ると大人の店があります。

    ここが一番近いので幼少期から行っているのですが、やっぱり広いですよねぇ……。それに、ほんの7年くらい前には周囲は空き地にススキと雑草が生えまくりな場所だったのに今では住宅街、マンション、コンビニにチェーン店、駅とすごい充実しましたよね…ほんとすごい。ニュータウンの発展を身近に感じる場所でもありました。

    ショッピッグセンターの良さって、狭いところに色んな店が凝縮してるとこなんだよね。 その点でレイクタウンは広すぎて、このメリットが薄くなる。

    ここって本当に何でもあるし、ただのレイクタウンと違って森、風、などに分かれてて繋がってるのに3階まであるから地元民でも時々迷う😅
