The drivers in this race are constantly bumping each other. I think the penalties should be more harsh in Forza Motorsport

maybe softs would last say 3 or 3.5 laps of miguello then nurse it home with second place too far behind to catch up? you'd also have the front-end grip advantage

Good call on pushing ahead on the bald hards - perhaps the top-end speed is compromised by the bentley's poor aerodynamics as compared to more streamlined cars in the class 🤔
@@mitchie1169 well the tuning set up I made had 0 downforce on the rear and very little of the front. Surprisingly still good in the corners on the hards but still not enough grunt on the straights. Will have an other play with it but it’s not made for Le Mans or Daytona… totally agreed with you tbh!

@@redwhine2 I just don’t understand how I had such good pace before the pit stops and it just faded away. Frustrating one.. more to come though. I won’t give up till I get the win with either the Aston or the Bentley 😉👀. I’ve really enjoyed the handling of the Aston Martin so far, very impressive.

@@redwhine2 don’t worry I won’t stop racing in the lower class lobbies. It just seems the Forza GT series all ways has full lobbies which is why I gravitate towards them. But if people start requesting more of E, D and C lobbies that’s not a problem 👍
a hard fought, suspenseful, well-deserved podium there after an obstructive start from the back - i'm a FM noob but would it not have been a better strategy to start with 10 laps fuel then fill up with another 10 laps fuel during the pit instead of carrying weight of 20 laps fuel from the start?
@@mitchie1169 so I’m still unsure about this.. but I’m quite sure pit stops are longer when refuelling during the pit stop. Also I can put the perfect amount of fuel in the car for the race at the race start, whereas when you refuel in pit stops you can’t put exact amounts in the car. If refuelling during pit stops doesn’t take longer to pit stop then please tell me as it will change the whole way I do race strategy. Thanks for watching and the support mate 🤙

@@mitchie1169 that was what I was hoping and I’ve pulled them strategies off before. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out or I run out of laps.. is what it is. You know me, I love a aggressive strategy 🤣🤙
Really helpful cornering tips for this track. I can now take T4 smoothly every time now so cheers for that. Maybe you'd get more views if forza motorsport was in the title of all your vids
@@mitchie1169 I’m glad the videos are helping you mate! I was putting Forza Motorsport in some of my older videos and even some recent ones but it wasn’t really making a difference. Any other tips though I’m all ears 🤣🤙
@@mitchie1169 I hope so 🤞, I just thought it would have took off better than it has.. I’m not even close to giving up yet though! So remember the tunes video I posted.. if you want a lobby leading car in any class for specific tracks etc, then head to rivals.. pick the track and car class then go straight to leader board. Once you have the list of the best times in front of you look for the people who have a spanner in the far right hand side of the screen. Select one that has and load the tune.. once you’ve done that, buy that car and load the tune to it. I did post a video explaining how to do this if you get stuck. Me personally I think the best cars for D class to challenge wins is either the Arcura Integra or the Mazda MX5 both with rival tunes fitted will definitely get you competitive enough to challenge wins. Hope that helped mate 🤙
