One thing that isn't clear in any swap M50 intake on M54 videos is that isn't explained where the vacuum hose exactly need to be attched. M50 has FRP pipe directly in the intake. M54 have the FRP pipe that comes from fuel filter into an "F" plastic between throttle and MAF. So totally different vacuum behaivour. So where is the correct location of FRP pipe on this intake swap?

this guy was not lying DO NOT install this ebay shifter its was aids to do and I had to 3d print a piece to hold it in place since to put the c clip on you have to drop a bunch of shit from the bottom on the XI models and after all thats said and done its pretty jank and sometimes wont go into first gear unless I put it into second and then put it back into first gear

Really ? This is what you get when KIDS that haven't any mechanical back ground try to do something original but are simply not that bright ? All they had to do was take the original hose that connected to those 2 locations and cut it in the middle and then run hose from those lines to the catch can. Yes you are damaging the original hose but in reality if you were to ever to need to revert it back to stock ? to retrieve your $15 extremely important generic catch can all you need is 2 inch piece of hose and 2 clamps to connect it back together again.

Ive got my 330xi running pretty good. It is faster than my buddys 05 m3. My only thing is im getting ready to toss on a turbo, but my suspension is oem. Does anyone have a source to cheap coilovers or is there a way to make rwd coilovers work on my xi? I heard theres a bracket or something on the front coilovers themselves that needs cut off to make them work? I need some insight lol
