Haha man, it is not "Illusion" Il-2 bombing. He is just calling the name of the aircraft, Ilyushin Il-2, named so because it was designed and built by the Ilyushin Design Bureau.
Red Banner T34 would be really good like a command Panther
They should make some of these units like the Red Banner Division.
Someone restored a lot of these lines in an all units and abilities mod on the steam workshop. Its so fun but can be unbalanced at times.

Urban assault specialists, forward supply base, and strategic bombing abilities were actually released for a short period of time with a commander called urban assault doctrine. And they complained this commander would be too op and banned it.

The Soviet War Machine ability is still a part of the singleplayer mode.
Looking at it most of these are in the game nowadays
Replaced with a reasonably new T-34: Parts from 7 different tank wrecks wielded together right outside the battlefield. Reasonably new for Soviet Russia!
And with the next patch, both the scrapped Heavy Tank lost and Mortar Team build for the USF will be in the game, oh yeah~
Wished they had pzIII for ostheer on some dlc commander.
Pz 3 J is my favorite early war tank as well.

I thought the Urban Panzergrenadiers and that commander are actually present in game but only a few people have it?
Only to relic, the only other legal way to use it is to make your own mod(and extract it into there). It was a cancelled commander.
It was released for the short time.

Best guess? Uniquely-skinned T-34-85s, ace-veted upon deployment, donning the Soviet flag on their turrets. Their banners maybe could've provide boost to nearby infantry. If they were not ace-level upon deployment, then vetting them up likely offered unique upgrades. Vet-1 possibly allows infantry to ride them. Perhaps Vet-2 extends the range of the ram ability. Vet-3 could add the metal bedframe applique armor, often seen on many T-34s late-war era, that increases its health or reduces damage from panzerfaust and schrecks.
@@awesomeperrymexd7180 sounds mediocre. vet-1 gives it a unique shooting ability called "target turret ring" which temporarily jams enemy tank's turret and severely damage the tank itself, vet-2 unlocks it's smoke generators. late-war T-34s have smoke generators like the British Churchills. vet-3 unlocks a couple of powerful passive abilities like "Evasive Maneuver" which gives the Russian Ace uncanny ability to matrix their way and dodge incoming shells if it's on the move (I've seen this on two Russian movies lol) and the last one was "Tank Sense". the tank commander somehow gains a supernatural ability to sense enemy tanks from far away, revealing it on the tactical map (yet again I've seen this in White Tiger movie lol)
