Hiking Encounter with Sunny, the Summerland Marmot on Mt. Tahoma/Rainier
On this adventure, we hike the beautiful Summerland Camp & Panhandle Gap Via Wonderland Trail on Mount Tahoma/Rainier.
This colorful, almost 14 mile trek, takes us through stunning boulder fields, serene alpine lakes, and sweeping views of the surrounding peaks. Along the way, we even spot mountain goats grazing in the distance, adding a touch of wildlife magic to the journey.
Meeting Sunny, the charismatic marmot who stole our hearts on the trail! 🐾 was made this hike even more memorable.

Papi shares his technique for making real Pico de Gallo... authentic, full of fresh garlic, onions, jalapeños, Roma tomatoes, salt, and lots of lime. Add cilantro if you have it. The combination of these whole, fresh ingredients makes it natural way to replenish electrolytes and hydrate after a challenging hike. This yummy healthy 'ness goes with almost, anything!
