1) Never quit your job until you have another one ready to go, 2) I worked at a commission based retailer who encouraged their employees to go into debt , essentially so they'd have to sell more product to make their bills and they were always under stress. If you can build some type of financial cushion to fall back on, it takes quite a bit of stress out of the equation , If you have to drive a "beater" of a car, live in a 2 bedroom rather than 3 bedroom home or apartment, eat out less etc. If you do that long enough you'll build up some money that you can financially afford to take some risks with new employers or life changes.

Your advice is fantastic....love your attitude....!

Just marvelous! Hi ma'am. Where do u live and in what zone? I live in Europe ( The Netherlands) originally from South America ( Suriname). In my country they grow freely cuz the climate is sub tropical over there. I bought a few ( musa basjoo and a dwarf cavendish that is pushing out many pups already) some weeks ago and have planted them in full gound. I live in zone 7b - 8a. I hope mine grows as big and lucious as urs😊 Warm greetings and hugs from Holland P.s. I have to find a way to overwinter them outside cuz we don't have big garages or basements here where u could store them. My next project is to buy Colocasia Esculanta and Colocasia Giganthae ( Thai Giants) for my garden cuz they remind me of the ones similar growing in my country everywhere ( for free) 😅

You should prune your tree in the blue pot, those branches with trifoliate leaves are suckers coming from the rootstock below the graft and using energy which slows down growth from the rest of the tree.
