menstrual cycle also has influence on the results so timing is important factor on when to measure & alcohol also rigs the scale so client needs to be completely sober or fully recovered
Hello, thanks for commenting! What we've found so far regarding the menstrual cycle in current literature is that the influence tends to be quite limited, but because the "severity" of a cycle can be different for every person, it is worth taking into consideration indeed! Alcohol is indeed another factor to control as well due to its dehydrating effect!
