Hi Vincent, you can be an agent if you are resident of Canada. You need to get the licence and join a broker. All agents are self employed. Mortgage broker is a different job. You can be mortgage broker and agent at the same time but you need 2 separate licences. Sorry I do not know how to type Chinese but can speak Chinese. You can WhatsApp me if you want to learn more.

Since, many people will come in but they worry about settling down of work as well as child education.

@@vincentlok5119 I think it depends on the company that employed you allows you to work other job or not. Some people do real estate as their part time job. Do you have a job line up already or you just get the work visa and come to look for a job?
