It works with canary???
I have cats so if I get a bird would they try to kill or hurt the bird
Yes be careful if you have cats
I have coup’e of questions, I have a big cage with 10 budgies and 4 cockatiels Only one of them doesn’t bite but still doesn’t like to be touched and is scared of hands Should I separate the cockatiels from the budgies and try to tame all 4 using the method you described Should I separate the less aggressive one from the rest so he doesn’t become more feral ? For now I put him in a separate cage near the other and focus my efforts on him only
heating formula in the microwave is extremely dangerous. This can cause internal burns. Its safer to use hot water to warm formula and check temperature with a gauge.
He rdy 2 b angy!!
I'm still taking mine but I was taught to first take a perch and put a millit infront of it so that they come on the perch THAN you can do what you did
If I put my hand in my conure bites my immediately 😢
Baby Caucasian? I swear that's what I heard in beginning
Idk why it dosent work for me i have 4 canarys are like a year old and a bit. evry time i come to se them they are calm but when im close they look scared can somone give me a tip?
And I have them for couple of months
Ok so I don’t own a pet bird but I went to the pet store and I found a bird and it instantly tried to climb on me and uhm it really liked me
I tried this tutorial and it worked pretty much! But i'd like to say, i just got my ears pierced for the first time and she keeps chewing on them like its food, so no shoulder😂😅
I can’t put my hand in the cage she’s gonna bite me how can I tame her to not be aggressive any tips? Btw she’s a monk parakeet
I think that bird was allready tamed
I really want to have a pet bird but my parents don’t allow it, pls help any tips?
How can you teach ur bird to do this 😮
This made me yawn 😅
Mine are opposite they always bite me and run away from me i always cry for them
love you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
How to teach this ? I have got 2 cockateil, they are 80 days old now, They do come on my hand eat food but they dont allow me to hold them or cuddle them or give them scritvhes.😢 Please help.
I got 45 day old cockateil, I'm trying my best to hand tame them. I spent more than 4-5 hours with them. One of them started perching on my hand but the other one doesn't come on my hand if there is no food. Even the one which i little bit tamed she don't come when i call😢. They domt allow me to give scritches. Its really frustrating. It's been more than 6 weeks now they are 60 days old. Please give some advice. What should i do ? Is it possible to tame them ?
but how do i do it with lovebirds
Awww so cute and it helps me with the formula for my babies ❤️❤❤
u got any ideas on how to make homemade baby formula
I mean wild
I have a world bird. If anyone wants to take it I would be happy. My bird really needs a home I am sad that he bites me all the time.
For step 3, both of my birds are aggressive males(with one of them being the most aggressive). They will bite my hand instead of eating the treat. Any tips?
Thank you 👍
WAHT SHOULDI DO IF MY BIRDS ARE FIGHTING TO EACH OTHER?
Wait what if my bird flies out the cage and I can’t bring him back in
Thanks so much! I am still trying to convince my parents to get me a cockatiel, as they are my favorite (non wild) birds, and look super pretty. Right now I am making a website that has reasoning for why I should get a bird, prices, reasoning, and of course funny little pictures! I am planning to finish it in two days, So I am probably gonna be working all night on this, rest in peace my sleep! 💛🧡🤍🩶
People male videos of already tamed bird... 'Step one put your hand next to bird si it climb up your finger" thats not a step one .... thats step 10... advanced taming.... people dont know whats "taming is ?" ... when you get your hand next to a bird 1 foot away thats step 1 No bird will let you get close .... to even feed it 😅 unless you starve it
did you even watch the video ?
What do I do when she’s not eating?
just put yo mf hand in there and keep petting/grabbing him
The cutest bat. 😂😂
This was a awesome and helpful clip, just subscribed! Keep up the good work 👏💪
I give my cockatiel some carrrots and she absoulutly loves it! I tried coriander and watermelon but she likes carrot the most she will kill for it.
me going near my cage my cockatiel: atak
As an owner of an grey pipe i can confirm this
Kickaboo
Unlike other bird takers, you actually take good care of them. Most of them hit them and stuff. You are the best person. They either think that your their mom <3
My bird loved me from the time we met in the pet store❤
Hi I’m new to bird keeping, I recently sheltered a bird that showed up on my doorstep and it’s a cockatiel, any tips on what I could do so it won’t be afraid? It’s very close to me and sits on my hand, shoulder, and head any tips appreciated:)
I have the same bird and he has been with us for 3yrs and he is still scared of us and bites us i have tried everything
i have about 7 or 9 birbs and its gonna be hard- but since i am more confident to put my hand into the cage, i will try to tame it since it worked for my old bird (MoonDust) he passed away in May 2022 and i miss him :( he was my first baby bird and i cried when he died.. but thanks for this!! i hope this works :D new sub btw!! -Janells
What if the bird is not interested in treats, i dont think he also likes to eat fruits or veges i left in his cage😢
Yo thanks it help me a lot cuz my pet need like a month to know me:)
Cute❤
my bird would chase my feet since she found out she could stand on it and she wouldn’t have i walk since i would walk slowly when she was on my foot lol.
Don’t be discouraged, it took me about a month with my first Parakeet before he would fly to me from his cage on his own. Took me roughly 2 months for my 2nd bird and going on month 4 and my 3rd is still absolutely petrified of me. Keeping birds taught me to have the most patience EVER
What if you have a big cage and each time you want to put your hand in, it flys to the door and hangs on the cage door? I wouldn’t mind allowing him going outside the cage but the issue is him going back inside without me chasing it or waiting hours before he does. Ideally I wanna be able to do step up inside the cage before I’m ready to let it come outside but I cannot do that if he’s on the cage door. Also, he’s not scared of my hand as he allows me to touch him through the cage rails and is content with my hand’s litterally right next to him. Any suggestions?
