Maybe i dont know what the market is but for over half a million, im looking for at least 5 bed rooms 3 full baths 1 half bath, 2 car garage, a decent yard and a full basement that can be remodeled. I get the area takes in account as well but, ive yet to see a half million dollar house.

I am uncertain, Daym, but this could very well be "the one!" I loved the last house, but I’m truly "in love" with this one! 🧡 It’s a huge difference! Additionally, the three-car garage is a remarkable feature. 👍🏾 From my viewpoint, it’s a complete win. The marble fireplace leaves me speechless. I absolutely adore it! In summary, THIS HOUSE IS SIMPLY STUNNING! 🏡👌🏾

Hone inspection will tell you alot. Basement cement foundation=questionable. Remodel on kitchen & baths. Rebuild deck. Safety rail add to basement-stairs look steep. Fireplace works? Age of windows? Alot of repainting. Build a in-law kitchen. Install backyard fencing.

I was hoping you would check out a ranch style home. The main selling point is when you get older you won't have to worry about to many stairs.

NO this is not the house for ya’ll…keep looking. If you are spending a lot of money on a house it should definitely be turn-key ready. This one has too many renovations to do.

its definitely the best house thus far, A bit high for the work to be done and without a upstairs it seems kind of lacking. I felt like we missed about 3 bedrooms. the basement is what upped the room count, but if moms gone take the entire basement, the upper part of the house seems small so id look at it that way

this shit is fire. Looks like an amazing place to build out what you need and that yard!!! a nice fireplace huge windows to look out at the yard. love this place

Both bathrooms and the kitchen need updating, and of course the deck needs to be replaced. A lot of space.

Wow by the time you finish all the upgrades you have to do I see about 100,000 worth of upgrades not worth it
