This woman is not funny, our children and youth that I have worked with and been around for years DO NOT have mental illness nor do they have any type of substance abuse. I am 60 years old and I want to see the statistics or the evidence on I believe is false information. What has the State of Tennessee done to promote organic foods and stop with the preservatives and pesticides that are causing food allergies and autism and little girls are maturing faster. It is society with all this negative and hatred towards one another. You call any Department in Nashville for information or assistance, the Employee of the state of Tennessee that the taxpayer pays there salary are rude, disrespectful, unknowledgeable the about our Laws and Parents and Children's Rights for Services. We are not getting the help that we are entitled to and our children. We are tired of the corruption, the lies from these local and state Agency's accepting Federal Money and denying so many families or the elderly assistance that are eligible. This is where the frustration comes in and because we point out where the State is wrong and what the Federal Laws are that we and our children have mental or behavioral issues. No we don't, it's the State of Tennessee creating these problems and breaking up homes. Teacher's are playing cops, doctors and psychiatrists instead of teaching and doing there job and teaching Math that students don't understand and failing, writing skills. Our kids at 20 years old will be printed their names instead of having a beautiful penmanship. Teacher's are lazy and are demanding more money and they are abusing our children, especially the special needs children. I have witnessed teacher's losing their patience and saying mean things to children in special classrooms. Parents needs to understand what is going on here and the truth is finally being revealed. Follow the money trail.

This commissioner for the Dept. Of Children Services, Ms Nichols needs to be investigated for her conduct when it comes to children that are disabled. The caseworkers that work for this department are not qualified to handle disabled or special needs children. They are not doctors, psychiatrist, physical therapist or occupational therapist. The cakes workers they have working for them do not do a full investigation they had falsified documents, they have lied in court I have records were they lied to hospitals to discredit parents and they don't inform parents of important meetings pertaining to their child. They purposely leave the parent out of important decision-making when it comes to their medical issues. Department wants to separate the parent from the child and has no plans of reunification. This department interferes and the child's life when it comes to child support and health insurance. My question is why would this department deliberately make a child lose medical insurance and his child support from his father who goes to a father to ask him to surrender his parental rights when they never investigated or go by the Tennessee Child Dependency Benchbook that was y the Tennessee Supreme Court Justice in how to handle and investigate alleged allegations of any type of abuse or investigate the caller that reports false information out of retaliation. This Department is dishonest, untrustworthy, evil, and destructive towards innocent families, not to mention abuse when they mentally torment a child and call them a liar. Ms Nichols needs to be fully investigated when it comes to missing children and extortion.

Your department needs to stop demanding requirements from parents when they had no reason to take a child. I will not go to therapy for PTSD, my right. My rape has nothing to do with parenting, caring and loving my child. She's more mentally stable then the idiots that are staffed under you or these corrupt judges. As you've been a judge, you are and should be aware this justice system in TN doesn't provide justice. I've been told "even with the best lawyer, the corruption wins". I've been jailed for two months due to your staff and their racist ways for the first time in my life. Tortured in jail after them taking my baby, they can all go to hell for all I care. You need to do your job and supervise these idiots who are ruining many lives. It is the re you're in, if you needed a reminder.

At 50:38, the information shared in 1919 by the National Child Welfare, reads that it might effect her "blood" which appears science suggested that trauma/stress might travel through the bloodstream to the prenatal child in the umbilical cord where the child gets their food to grow in the womb.

I agree, let's reform the privacy laws because these stories need to be shared. You can protect the identity of children AND FAMILIES, and still release details. There is always corruption where the light does not shine.

I agree, you call parents "clients" but who is representing the voice of parents? You cannot possibly call your work comprehensive when you do not consider all stakeholders in the process.
