What i love about making my own is? I stumble on things to make THINGS BETTER and BBQ EVEN BETTER! Woods, Charcoal, and Pellets. Pellet is EXCELLENT FOR SMOKING Better than wood chip or chunks.. Just A EXAMPLE ! I don't trim it up... THAT IS PITBOSS PRIVILEGES YUM ITs so good, i don't waist any thing. Fat is used. Skins and bone is the only thing that throw away, or spoiled Juices off of things and broth off of things. DO NOT THROW IT DOWN THE DRAIN! Can make things from them. Soups and things Example BOILED CABBAGE JUICE... Oh Lord yum great for soups Or rib juice, or shrimp and crab boils juice YUMMY Most of your seasoning are in the juice. plus its own flavors 👉THAT IS MONEY! OR LIQUID GOLD! OH LORD YUM
