How to delete a voice recording??
Just put batteries in new unit. Touch and voice wont work. Just has red lights and the wheels pulse in a circle at 1 second intervals. Junk

Not clear at all on how to use it .
Battery can be changed only once. They have a lock that jam the batteries container.
Break the lock on both sides. That's what I did after watching this video and reading your comment.

My son got one as a gift, he has let it rolls off our coffee table so many times, still works. Lol. Only issue, is learning how to switch modes effectively. That's why I am here.

You need to hold the rec button for a few seconds, then it should work again
