Since it’s a “cream” do you apply its before or after moisturizing?? Also was it effective in helping with ur skin turnover rate ??
Retinoids are applied more like a serum followed with a moisturizer, unless you are trying to minimize irritation, then you use it last. I used mine interchangeably. Yes this was an effective product
