Turnmills was a fantastic mix of art and culture, creativity and chaos. The city of london used to be so exciting! ...Now its just a load of generic, half empty office buildings that all look the same. Come to Clerkenwell and experience the empty vacuum of gentrification.
Tim Hyman is wrong here. The expression "Architecture starts, when you carefully put two bricks together." was coined by Mies van der Rohe - not John Pawson.

I felt so calm and relaxed watching this footage. I’m new to analog photography after using digital since 2020. I’m looking forward to this whole new adventure. I have one camera already which was bought from a vintage shop by my friend for £5. It’s a Kodak Box Brownie no2. I’ve not had any film through it yet but that will be happening this week. My next camera I’ve bought and will be sent to me in the next few days is a Zeiss Ikon folding camera. I don’t know if I’m brave enough to do my own processing yet, but it is something I’d like to work towards. 👌🏻
