Unfortunately it can't. However, the good news is the gap helps air circulate throughout the tent when the vestibule is fully closed. And the tent is amazing. Held up in the Floridian rain for a week and half!

@@JonLeeTravelsTheWorld Thanks for the response. I am looking for a tent that could be used for a 3+ season tent. This tent seems to fill the bill better than most. Canvas is a no-go for me being I live in the south. I intend to heat the tent with a diesel heater. The Wawona 6 door is full bug screen so it is out. This 8-man version at least has some fabric on the lower door.

@@WayneTheSeine make sure to grab the groundsheet as well. Gotta protect that tent floor. Or even a tarp will do if you already have one. I promise you are gonna love that tent.

@@JonLeeTravelsTheWorld Thanks. I ordered the footprint when I ordered the tent. I also ordered a lightweight canvas tarp for the interior floor thinking it would not only protect it but would also add a bit of comfort.

Oh it's very over the top for sure but sooooo worth it for a week visit. If I camp for 3 nights or less I don't go so crazy with everything. For activities, Ft Wilderness has archery, horse back riding, catch and release fishing, arts and crafts...and a lot more.

I think I'm the only person that likes that sound. The worker at the aquarium store told me the same. Lol

I totally love this tent. I had the Coleman 8 man instant tent and I would come back to a swimming pool in the tent after those famous Floridian afternoon rain.

Hello. This video was taken last year, Oct 22. I wouldn't be nervous due to the fact that of the strong Jordanian military presence with all the security check points on the road and some of the resorts around the Dead Sea. And that is actually a very good thing. I would strongly suggest if you are driving to make sure you pay attention to the speed limit and if renting a car get additional insurance. It's definately safe and so historic and beautiful. Oh and they drive insane there with some lanes not having a middle line for 2 cars side by side. Yes, I love Jordan!
