How long it happens this cough if it's long time I prefer you to go to doctor to see your heard because it's heard to stay other wise it will stuck in your lungs or you can do something for that you take some honey one spoon in the morning and night before you sleep it helps believe me I try it and it works with me and it clean the heard from the belgym

Try to take a deep breath from your nose when you are sleeping and you spit out the Pelgym which in your heard because there's a lot inside that's why you can't sleep do you need help for that when you cough spit the pelgym out better so you feel more comfortable believe me
