証を聞くのに一緒に涙が出ました。 私は韓国のクリスチャンです。2007年度に短期宣教で東京に行ったが親切な日本人を見ながらあの方たちも私が会った神様を知ったら良いと思いました。 地下鉄の前で日本語の讃揚を覚えて歌ったのですが、日本のおじさんが讃揚を聞いて涙を流したのが記憶に残っています。 その時、福音の種を見て、今は1%ですが、神様の時に実を結ぶことを韓国教会は祈っています。 なぜなら、王である神様が日本の民をとても愛していることを知っているからです❤

There’s some powerful spirit there, I know it would be quite difficult to do ministry in somewhere like that, but I would enjoy serving the lord and blessing any who have ears to hear and eyes to see.

I’ll be going to Japan in this coming April and staying for two years taking a language course. The whole reason I’m doing this is because God told me to go there to preach the gospel.

I am glad to find this channel. I pray that as God sends revival in Japan, more heart of missionaries be open! I have been in Japan for 5 years now and serving God ever since i came here. God gave me a heart for Japanese people and been teaching English at a public elementary school. Thank you for giving us factors in sharing the gospel to the community.

I am an American. Over 10 years ago, my husband and I were stationed in Okinawa Japan. We were not Christians when we moved there. After the Tsunami hit mainland Japan I was invited to a Christian Church in Okinawa. During the service we were instructed to write down things we were struggling with and leave them at the alter. I had pages and pages of prayers. At the time I was not Christian, but was encouraged by the Christians to participate anyways.Before leaving Japan I decided I wanted to be a Christian. That decision completely changed the trajectory of my family. After I decided to give my life to the Lord, one by one my family members decided to repent of their sins and give their lives to the Lord. Everyone in my household is saved. Looking back at what Christ has done in my life and the lives of my family members, every single prayer written down over 10 years ago has been answered. All glory be to God the father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Living in Japan as a military wife during that time was not easy, but the Okinawans did their best to make me feel welcome on their island. I am forever grateful to God to have that experience and I hope one day I may return to visit other brothers and sisters in Christ. May the Lord's blessings be upon you.

To have everlasting life you absolutely must trust in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation 💖. This means that saving repentance is turning from unbelief to belief. You either believe that Jesus paid your sin debt in full or you don't.

I liked the story and I liked the woman. But something is off. First the picture of Jesus in rainbow colours and triangles was weird. But when she says God provided HER with a helper - you know there is false understanding of God and the roles of men and women and the natural order.

Learning the language has been the biggest gate keeper for me as well. Keep doing what you can, it's all in God's timing. My church is also in Yokohama, how cool! It's such a beautiful place.

Ever since I was about 16, I knew that God had a purpose for me in Japan. I'm so blessed to be living here (Japan) now, but over the years prior to moving here, when I would talk to people about my desire to minister to the Japanese people, others (who are Christian) would say, "Why Japan? Why not a country that needs it?" It always made me sad since, statistically, Japan is actually one of the most unreached nations in the entire world. Furthermore, I had at least one person who is not a Christian say this to me as well, which showed me that the Christians who also said this to me, were viewing missions from the same mindset as atheists. It's interesting to hear that you had the same experience, if not a bid saddening. I completely agree with your take as well: people tend to correlate a country's wealth with it's need for the gospel. However, that's just not true. Lastly, and this is the most important part, It's not my choice to go to Japan: it's God's.

Such an incredible story

I am praying for all of you, but your host family was Mormon, which doesnt believe in true Christian beliefs. I hope they come to Lord through the narrow path which isnt set in the Mormon belief system.

Amazing sister in Christ.... The very few Believers in Japan .... Simply fascinating because for a post modern elite GDP country , Japan's Christian population rivals that of Muslim countries ....

I heard that the Lord has put it on the hearts of Christians in the Solomon Islands, West Pacific, to stand in the gap for the Japanese people.

I am Dutch and in1992 the Lord sent me on a mission to Nagasaki. I felt I had to visit the Shimabara peninsula where my ancestors had helped to quench a rebellion of Japanese Catholics in1638. All 38,000 catholics were consequently killed by the imperial government... as a 'reward' the Dutch were allowed as the sole western nation to trade with Japan for 215 years (!) from the island of Deshima in th Nagasaki harbour till the country opened up to the outside world in 1853. During all these years Japan was hermetically closed for the Gospel... I remember standing there at the site where the castle once stood and where the Catholics were slaughtered and I asked forgiveness to a Japanese engineer from Sendai whom I had met on the train for what my people had done... During WW II the Dutch people suffered greatly at the hands of the Japanese when Japan conquered the Dutch East Indies... It was probably what we deserved...
