Sure this is the best training lol thats your skills not training
No, those are all training related. Yes, there's few showoffy things, but on whole they are basic handling drills. Half of them you can do alone at home even in a small apartment. That ball bouncing with the edge of the blade looks like a useless trick, but it's a good handling and precision drill.
