Thank u so much ServiOS. I repair my mac with ur video...
I ordered an original screen from ebay for a Macbook Air M1 2020, after the change screen is black. Diagnostic test says: "There may be an issue with the display" code VFD001. Can you please help?
same thing happened to may and I returned the screen I didnt make any mistake
Thank you so much! Now I'm really confident to make myself!
Thank you sooo much. Excellent tutorial!!!
You friggin burst that phone open!!!😂
does true tone & ambient light sensor work after replacement?
You flashed through the hardest parts. How to reconnect the wifi antennea.
Thank you so much ServIOS, this is a terrific video; clear and straight to the point. I run a small PC shop in Oklahoma City and don't often replace Mac screens, I'll be doing this one next week.
What should I do if I did everything correctly and i goto charge and nothing happens
True Tone still works?
please tell me the specifications of the screws drivers required for disassembly... any Amazon link would be appreciated
what if the m1 macbook pro screen is flickering and glitchy. Will that mean a screen replacement too?
No, you need to call a priest
Excellent!
Thank you 😉
hi sir idont now where to buy this screen can u send me a link to buy it from anywhere idk what kind a shop or ebay shop are trusted to buy
Hello, I did not order the screen, I had it from a disassembled MacBook)
@@ServIOSRepair thanks for ur respond did u have screen for sale ?
You can it on ebay, there are a lot of sellers selling original screens there
Cool video! one thing I noticed was when removing and adding the back metal plate on, try tightening the screws opposite to each other so that the tension is equally distributed.
Thanks for watching and commenting, in the video I don't fully tighten the bolts, but after filming I tighten them evenly 😊
@@ServIOSRepair Good to hear!

Excellent, thanks for sharing, very useful for me.

Hard to understand the reason to open up and take out the all the components just to swap the back glass…it increases the risk of damaging the delicate components and definitely damages the water resistance capability and has nothing to do with replacing the backing glass. Or you wanna do a teardown to show the internals of the phone, that’s a great work of craftsmanship👍
Thank you for your feedback, but I want to explain why this is all done 😊👍 So that when removing the glass, its particles do not get into the middle of the case and subsequently cause the battery to catch fire, or when they get into the camera module, do not cause it to break. Removing the system board and cables does not affect the tightness of the phone.
@@ServIOSRepair I got you. Only for the back glass removal, camera module is sealed and separated from the back glass and so is the wireless charging coil. It is not likely that the particles would get into the phone. But removing the whole board certainly significantly increase the risk of damaging the FaceID module and the screen flex cable for the unexperienced ones who does not master the craftsmanship like you do. The water proof is not just the tightness, it’s the black glue that is bonding the screen and speakers, etc. Those glue is responsible for water proof. Opening the phone will certainly brake the glue bonding and new glue strip should be replaced when attaching the screen, the related components and the backing glass as well. Well, like I said, your work is as professional as it can be, I am just having a discussion with you for the technical aspects. 👍
@@simengfu7352 I understand what you mean, I didn't show all the details in the video. The tightness has been restored as much as possible. This video is not educational, it is created so that people can get to know more about the components of the phone or to relax from watching the video😊 Thank you👍
@@ServIOSRepair Oh! Sorry for the misunderstanding! That’s a great video for what it can be!
@@simengfu7352 No need to apologize, everything is fine. Have a nice day 😊
Noneone can do it this good
