this is played with heel-toe technic?
He played this with a double kick. This basically inspired the thrash metal genre. I think it would be a bit much to try to play this song at tempo with a single kick pedal - but some do people have crazy speed and stamina.

Thank you for making me a believer! Coming to a plateau that's too low to accept I gave this a shot and within 5 mins I knew this is huge. I've done invert p-didles back n forth but keeping the left foot on the 1st note-or wherever-and following along visually exposed a level of weakness that actually got me excited to work out. I like it ½sp for 160s n ¾ for 120s but I turn it up for a little fun after slow clean practice. It may have never happened if not for your effort in laying it out like this. Thank you!!

Having an 85% is a real bonus. The 75% via TH-cam Playback Speed doesn’t cut it
Thanks! That's why I put it in - sometimes you nee something in between 75% and 100%. Plus I think the quality of the time stretch in my DAW is better than the one built into TH-cam.

I'm so slow
Don't worry or feel bad about that. Practicing slowly is the key to learning faster. Practice at a speed where your brain can keep up with your hands. When I learn new challenging music, I often practice at 25-50% speed. This is why I post multiple speeds. Pick the tempo best for you (or slow the video down more if necessary) and just practice. You'll get it.
