I wonder, maybe the supernatural under the house is the actual Hanako-san? I mean, supernaturals are affected and changed by the rumors that are spread about them. However, Amane isn't affected by the rumors of how there's a female Hanako-san haunting the girl's bathroom. I think Nene actually points this out towards the beginning, when she's reading in the school library to get more information about Hanako-kun. To my knowledge, Amane's the only supernatural entirely unaffected by the rumors spread about him. Maybe that's because there's an actual Hanako-san haunting the school. And that Hanako-san is the spirit that's been possessing Tsukasa all this time. That would explain why there aren't any rumors about Tsukasa himself...

Js hear me out…what if tsukasa went “insane” or smth and murdered his family, causing Amane to be scared and stabbing tsukasa in the chest-before feeling guilty and then ending his own life Smaller summary, tsukasa kills parents, Amane kills tsukasa, Amane feels guilty and ends his life It makes no sense but it’s a theory I’m willing to stick sith
