My violin teacher is having a concert on January 13. He asked me to compose a show piece for him to perform at the end. So I composed Concertonini, which is a variation on theme from caprice 24, that was motivated from many famous passage from famous violin concerto. When you listen try to find which violin concerto I used as a motive.

this is god fucking awful. why the random tchaikovsky reference? nothing musical just technique. the end has to be the same every time too to match with the score for the orchestra entrance.

i think it´s not very musical, but scaring.
it's not musical. I try to go in different way lol. it's no fun of composing music using same style every single time.

Was this made on a violin synthesizer? It doesn't have the proper tone. it sounds synthetic. If I'm wrong then good job, but I don't think I am.
this was made in app called sibelius. It's app used for composing sheet music for actual players. But the auto play in app itself sounds terrible. That's why this cadenza sounds bad. Because it's not by real person.

you think so? Well, I agree. This was made when I just learned composition like very beginner. Now that I learned composition for 1 year, I made a new version called Concerto-nini which will be played by my teacher at january 13. I'll upload the recording, you can listen to that and tell me if it sounds better than this or not.

Are you Beethoven? What’s the meaning of this title?
It means he wrote a cadenza for Beethoven's Concerto, performers are often expected or encouraged to write or improvise their own cadenzas in "classical" concerti.
