I'm 61 years old and still have my Mr Gasket traction bar I had in high school on my 71 cobra jet, I actually broke one of them and I'm having it repaired hoping to be able to use them on another project.

Great video! I been a Camaro fan for over fifty years and had a few including a 2000six automatic. But my dream car would of been a 1967 white or light blue, straight 6 auto factory air, power steering and brakes, and a 8 track just for fun! I don’t need to go fast, I just like how the car looks, any thoughts? Thanks 😊

Ran across your videos on my Roku YTube stream, all I do is Camaros. Back in '74 when I had my '70 Z-28 (yeah I'm older than your dad) a guy in town had a new '73 that cleaned my clock but I don't know how., I had headers, dual point distributor, corvair turbo mufflers and a pro tune on it, I thought my Z was the baddest car in town. That's it in my thumbnail photo. Anyway I recently learned that all intermediate makes were limited to a 400 cube engine pre 1970, I thought it was for insurance reasons but not the case. Mom had a '69 Caprice wagon that had a 402 big block!!! why would Chevrolet make a 402 and a 396 just 6 cubes smaller...they didn't, they're all 402's. But now I guess SS 396 just sounds better, take care and good luck on your channel!!

Ive watched a few times and did not notice until i went to do my own, is your shock only mounted on the one side of the bracket? I obviously cant use the stock shock mount and on the traction bar only 1 side has a mount while the other end is essentially open. Am i mistaken?
