does it do nonlinear material as RVE, i.e. produce nonlinear stress strain relations in principal directions
MAY I ASK SIR, I WANT TO MAKE A COMPOSITE MATERIAL WITH 2 FIBERS AND 1 MATRIX, NAMELY WOOD POWDER, GLASS FIBER AND EPOXY RESIN. IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMBINE THESE 3 MATERIALS?
You will mix the wood particle with epoxy. So first use the particle composite with same module. Use particles instead of fibers and epoxy as matrix. Calculate the properties and then use it in matrix with GFRP.
Very nice explanation of Instron single column UTM and testing of single fiber
nice
Thanks
Hello, so if I understood correctly, to recover the Cs value, I need to get the total compliance from the graph (considering the gauge length of the fiber that I tested) and substract the Cm value at gauge length = 0 ? Thank you
yes.
thanks sir
Excellent Video Sir.
For heaven's sake one ALWAYS uses symmetry and antisymmetry, and particularly in the past when computer resources were limited. You introduce it like a new topic.
Do we have any control over mesh ( like the type of elements ) in Material Designer?
By using the commands, or scripts. but I have not used it.
Boleh minta kontak nya?
Thanks so much man
Gajab ❤
Nice 👍 video 🙏❤️
this is saving my effort... thank you for this and please keep this up... find us more tactics.....!
😊 Explanation is very interesting.
Thanks! 😃
Nicely explained.
Glad it was helpful!
Sir, why stress value is so high?
This is a great tutorial. Can you please make some more tutorial on ansys .as you are doing hand calculation.it is very helpful in understanding math behind ansys
Sure I will, these days i am teaching experiments which helps to understand boundary conditions. th-cam.com/video/hGVxan5zsxw/w-d-xo.html
Great explanation
GFRP composites, you enhanced my information.
You cleared all my doubts.
The voice is low, in earphones voice is clear. The explanation is excellent.
Voice is low, and earphones are required. The explanation is excellent.
Very nice idea
Really excited after seeing the results of the compression test after compliance correction.
The compliance correction explanation is awesome.....
Really your explanation is marvelous, please record with a higher volume.
Wow, very nice explanation. It clears all my doubts.
Thank you for showing the nice way to cut compression sample of ROCK
Thanks Sir for your video. Btw I have a suggestion. Yarn spacing may be the distance between the centers of two yarns. May not be the distance between two yarns.
Hello, thank you very much for this wonderful lecture. I have a question in the ANSYS program. I want to prepare, for example, a superimposed material in the form of a layer consisting of two materials, the first is fiber of any kind, and the other is a polymer material, with dimensions of 10 * 10 cm and a thickness of 2 cm. How do I calculate or how can I enter the volume fraction values For both materials in the ANSYS program, for example, the first material is 60% and the second material is 40%. I hope you will help me in solving this problem. I mean, how can the volumetric fraction or weight ratios be calculated for each materials in the ANSYS program? With appreciation

A question. The final result that appear after “constant material evaluation”.. are values for material homogeneized?
one of the best video💌💌
Results are for ortotropic material?
sir , can you make a video on using watt as internal heat generation (w/m^3) in any system for an example .
Nice video, why Thermal condition is included in ANSYS Static Structural when we have separate Analysis System i.e. Steady-State Thermal. Once Steady-State Thermal analysis done we link the output to Static Structural. Please correct me
I input a model from other CAD soft, eg, solidworks, then I hope to keep the relation with sw, that means I cloud update the model from SW directly. So I can't open spaceclaim, how to set "share topology"?
Is this done by ansys workbench2019 ???
Only on the new version
sir, I've created a BGA package model in spaceclaim, but at the time of sharing it choses arbitrary number of faces and edges and hence in mechanical im unable to perform right simulation
so can u plz explain what is going wrong here? BTW thank you for the nice explanation in video
Can you do simulation of shaped charge explosion?
Sir if this solved the problem, then what is the use of node merging function?
I am unable to find material designer. how to install it?
same problem, if found solution please tell

Good night people,I have a question that I am unable to resolve. After I assemble my woven in material design with carbon woven and epoxy resin I lose the tension and compression properties. How do I resolve this? My analysis will end there in the fault modules, but for that I need all the properties of my woven. Thanks for this video
