    Nice job. But I will suggest that you reduce the numbers of the questions to one or two. This will help to engage many people. Also I want you to do one for the #50m and get more responses. I gave kudos to the guy in red. He gave a good analysis of the situation in Nigeria. Even with #500m going back is a waste. No light, no road. Some will say they will establish business but the business that will fold up in six months. Why no electricity to run your production.

    That's an easy question. Realistically it's 50 for your partner, it would not be difficult for everyone to give their partner 1m out of 50m..u still have 49m.... whatever u can achieve with 50, u will be able to achieve with 49. Go back to Nigeria for 50 million naira? Am I mad? As i speak to you, 50 million naira is just £23,100 and you want me to go back to Nigeria with 50 million naira. To do what? My wife's nursing school fees for 3 years is over £45,000. When I did my master's, I paid £12000. Add all together and you want me to go back to Nigeria with 50 million naira. @OsumareMedia Yes it has, it is no news that the economy of Nigeria is in shambles, due to the increase of fuel, taxations and policies, this has led to departure/closure of many company's who find it difficult to run their businesses. And this in turn has resulted to loss of jobs. Businesses also has been affected cos the people who are buying are either jobless or can't afford it with a meagre minimum wage. As long as there's money to earn working over there, coming back to Nigeria is regrettable.

    One should buy a house or property they can afford in a demanding market environment overseas (such as in the United States, Canada, and/or Europe) depending on one's income and/financial status as a means of wise investment for the long run. Then one can then sell one's house or property after at least 5 years or 10 years by oneself. By then, the equity in the house or property would have increased in value tremendously. Use the equity obtained from that sold house or property to then invest into businesses and/or to easily build a house back home in Nigeria and/or Africa. Since the United States dollars, Canadian dollar and/or Euro currency (including Pound Sterling currency) are more greater in value than the Nigerian Nairas currency. Simple as it is. Peace...

      @novellprice132 What you're saying makes a huge amount of sense however, the problem lies in that key word, affordability, many are struggling to make the amount they need to purchase and prices are going far quicker than wages. Are there other ways to move forward?

    • @novellprice132
      @novellprice132 24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@OsumareMedia Glad to read and know what I wrote makes a huge amount of sense. Yes, agree with you in that the key word is affordability nowadays. Yes, there are other ways to move forward by taking a risk in buying much lesser affordability properties such as an apartment without no attached unnecessary condo fees or a room, instead of buying a house and/or condo that is if it is out of affordability for oneself. I wouldn't recommend a condo because of its unnecessary condo fees that could rise unexpectedly and add more stress in affordability. Another way to move forward are just to take risks of buying properties and renting out these properties for one to have at least various rental incomes from their tenants on the side. Then sell these properties altogether being paid off by the tenants to make financial profits after a few years. It is a win win situation because equity in properties always tends to rise in financial value over the years. But it is a big risk doing it this way, it all depends on the real estate markets and/or tenants one as a landlord has at that time. Hope these helps. Peace...

Each time people he interviewed said they would love to work for Nigerians/blacks, the sarcastic attached videos were not necessary. Are you telling me all Nigerians are bad to work for/with? Are you saying all Oyinbos are good to work for/with? I understand the situation at home is not encouraging but let's stop selling people at home cheap to the whites. You are equally affecting Nigerians at home that are doing remote jobs for oyinbo with the way you paint our image. Everyone cannot japa. I believe majority of those who are saying N50 million naira is not big enough to come home are in Nigeria thinking money is picked on the streets of London or America. First ask yourself with what you are earning now how long will it take you to reach that mark. Maybe many will never reach even N20 million in their life time. Give a hardworking and visionary man just N5 million naira and see what will become in the next few years. How many Nigerians living abroad can even boast of having N50 million ($27,000) as saving in his or her account i bet it very few. Europe and America can guarantee you good living but definitely not riches except you strategically invest your little saving back home.

      @adventuresofa9jaguy322 Hmm that's deep, I always hear good things about Nigerian Nurses and medical teams, I wonder if this is just a coincidence

    To each their own. Great content. You got a subscriber. That said, Most of the people you interviewed on the street are newbies & the ones in the shops are oldies. Until there’s a financial freedom, none of them is willing to recolate. The dude that sold his car, I’m not proud of him. I bet he sold his bungalow & lands too. He gon work his socks off to regain those things. Abroad ain’t easy anymore. Unless you already built your house back home, N50m won’t be sustainable.

      @@LolaAk-nl8ll Throughout that video the most important message everyone kept repeating it, he still miss am...TRUST THE PROCESS. he needs people to spell it out for him before he can understand. There is a time a newcomer wont be able to save because he/she is paying rent, there will come a time a major part of what the same person will pay for housing every month will be an equity he is building, JUST TRUST THE PROCESS......dem wan enter new place and year 2, they want to start measuring savings as their growth.
