Keep working on not following the ball left. Left foot not getting all the way to 180 degrees because you have too much weight on your left foot. It's not bad, just enough to really effect the time you have to accelerate the ball. I know you know, just voicing the observation for others that watch.

If you watch this drill, the athlete performs the landing phase, improperly each time except for the last turn with acceleration and release. Now that being said.....if you are a four turn thrower, you can get away with a heel toe landing of the right foot, only on the first turn. Any more landings of heel toe will slow down you techniques efficiency. A three turn throw always needs to focus on toe heel landing, or no heel landing at all. This athlete, practices heel toe landings, then speeds it up for the turn and release, but on that turn, lands right toe only. Drills performed that slowly need to be as close to perfect as possible. His practice turns should have all been toe heel landings or no heel landings at all. His last turn, landing and release was much more correct than hi landing phase on all previous turns.
