McOsu is a practice client of osu! by McKay42 which can be found on steam (store.steampowered.com/app/607260/McOsu/ . It is similar to osu! but with more features.
To make all the notes appear at the same time, go to the mod selection screen, hover your mouse over the left side of the screen to reveal additional mods and enable the Mafham mod.
