20W Diode Laser two trees ts2 (disassambly)
This laser has a very bad focus point. it was way too big and misshapen.
There were huge fingerprints on the lens that were already on it from the factory.
All in all, this laser is not recommended!
I will try to improve the focus point in the next videos.
After further testing without the lens, I noticed that the 20Wat laser module of the Twotrees ts2 has a rectangular focus point. This is a constant 1x2.5 mm without the lens.

using glue for positioning mirrors is very bad idea
Hi, I'm your proud second subscriber. I bought a TS2 20w like yours and I'm loving the work I do with it. I had no focus problems. But now it's time to clean the lens and TwoTrees just made the tutorial video for the 10W module which is totally different. Could you make a simpler video just showing how you clean your laser lens?
Hi. Thank you for sharing... Is there a way to turn the core laser (all what you stripped out of the box) ON/OFF with those simple cables to max power... Without controller board etc... Any thoughts?
hi sorry for the late reply, so I mean the simple 5 W diode lasers that are connected in series here (with the mirrors). The laser diode itself runs between 3-5V (depending on the manufacturer or type) and so you could turn it on or off with a simple power supply.
Thanks for making this video. Now i dont have to crack my laser open to see what inside :)
