@@BasedMMA it’s honestly awful but it’s teaching me a lot about what to eat and not eat. Navigating around it isn’t easy but if you maintain a certain diet and keep stress away then your symptoms won’t be as bad. I pray that we both heal. Good luck on your journey!

@ of course my man! I kinda have a similar but much much less serious stomach issue with IBS. I get it every now and again but all I have to do is watch my dairy consumption lol
