How much close to GT road ? It's a legal society ? It's a good Society for investment or living or both ? Any Good or observation about this Society ? Yes this society is legal approved by RDA upto M block. I visited there in the month of August. My father has plot in F block since 90s fully paid but unfortunately there is no development there. As per them society has some disputed area so be careful. I am disappointed with the management 0/10 I have tried to reach to the concern person but not available on phone he they will answer 1st call take the details and then no answer. After all this I told my father not to pay any other charges if they demand.

What are the rates of 10M plot in Block-A on both sides of the Motorway? Why some plots are shown in yellow color while remaining in blue?
Yellow are of 1 Kanal Blue are of 10 Marla Rates of 10 Marla in A block of both side of Motorway is 55 to 60 Lack for Normal Plot. These are current prices and prices are very volatile and vary on weekly basis.
