Pork Belly Recipe: 1. Boil your pork and potatoes with water for about 8 - 10 mins. 2. Chop up some tomatoes, onions and green chilies (optional). 3. Once the pork is semi cooked. Throw them into the curry pot without pouring any additional oil. 4. Fry them until it’s golden brown. And then toss in the vegetables. 5. Close the lid (5 mins) for the tomatoes to soften up. 6. Once the pork and veggies are cooked, add your favourite ingredients (masala, coriander leaves, etc). 7. Add about 30 to 50 ml of water and close the lid for about 3 mins. 8. Serve it with hot steamed rice and enjoy it with friends and family. Or even just by yourself and your favourite show… Enjoy ❤
