Great video. The problem I'm having is the upper sash won't stay all the way up. And one side is down almost half an inch. How would i fix this?

Thank you so much for this video tutorial. I bought this home a year ago with Harvey windows. I cleaned them in the spring and had no issue with them as far as not staying up, but then just a week ago I cleaned them again for fall cleaning and one of them would not stay up. Doug YOU ARE SO AWESOME! We were trying to head out of town but couldn’t lock two windows. After struggling for a couple hours, finally did a search and got your video recommendation! I only use Anderson window's, unlike harvey window's, they don't need repairing, you just Install them!
