Dedicated to my daughter Beatrix. Most guitarists play this in A, but I love key and higher range of the original so I capoed the 10th fret. Easier than learning piano =) If you like what I do, you consider buying me a coffee (or a beer) :) www.buymeacoffee.com/briangaudino

Great piece. I'm actually playing miniatures 1, 6, 10 and 12. Tough pieces indeed.
Yes, they are great and deceptively difficult.
@@BrianGaudino I'm also learning this Miniature n°3, thanks to you.
Fantastic!
Thank you!
So clean!!
Thank you!
Brian, admit you're a time traveler. You're acting like you're from the era and you look as if Bach's music was modern music for you.
Thanks so much, Vlodek!
You are very good guitarist and musician.Bravo.
Thank you so much!
This guy brought Excalibur to a gun fight and kicked ass
Coolest compliment I’ve ever received.
@@BrianGaudino Haha cheers man! Wonderful playing!
Been listening to the Corea record a good bit lately. Nice arrangement.
Thanks so much!
Increíble maestro.
Thank you!
Hello, nice app! Is it opensource?
Hi, thanks! It will be soon. I’m going to make a few changes and hopefully deploy it somewhere soon.
@@BrianGaudino Cool! By the way, you can use github.com/ for storing source code as well as serving it using GitHub pages (pages.github.com/). There's plenty of people who can contribute to the project, including myself :)
@@user-ug8qc6tr6b Thanks! I just learned git (I’m taking CS50 Web right now) and that’s what I plan on doing. That would be great to have you and others contribute!
@@BrianGaudino Good luck with that! Feel free to reach me about git or any developer-wise question!
@@user-ug8qc6tr6b FYI, the app is now deployed at practiceroom.netlify.app/ and the code is at github.com/bgaudino/practice-room Thanks for you interest in my project!
Very nice. Love the harmonics at the end. Always nice to hear one of our guitars in action. I'd love to know which one this is. What's the serial number on the neck plate?
Thanks, Jim. Yes, it's J292

Hi all! I'm super honored to have been chosen as one of the 5 winners. There were some really stellar entries. I've transcribed my solo for anyone who might be interested. See the drive link below. Let me know if anyone would be interested in a video breaking the solo down. Or other ideas for videos. I need to create some more content now :) drive.google.com/file/d/1sRiVN-H87FdEnNb1Qw0XWrCFfE3UXd1u/view?usp=sharing
could you please tell us your thought process and how you approached the solo , i mean how did you go about it would be very helpful for beginner's like me , as i really found your solo the best , thank you itll be very kind of you
@@jitendrabhagat127 Thanks so much! The solo evolved pretty natural, but there were a few things I was conscious of. The first was to focus on chord tones, in particular the interplay between the D sharp (3rd of B) and the D natural (root of D and 5th of G). I also tried to incorporate strengths of the classical guitar including playing campanella (playing scalar figures with each note ringing on another string), playing in multiple voices, and then the cross-string tremolo at the end. I also chose classical guitar to try and stand out from the crowd, I knew I didn’t have a chance trying to outshred everyone on electric guitar 😁.
@@BrianGaudino thank you sir for the reply i am on grade 1 right now and hoping to reach your level and of course you can out shred them if u choose to
@@jitendrabhagat127 No, problem. Keep at it!
Its really beautiful composition
Thank you so much!

I wish i cuould win a prize in a "wrong competition" entry. ;)
haha, I took the "- Solo can be played on any brand of guitar or bass" rule a little too literally.
