I returned yesterday from Matheran with the worst experience. No proper vehicles for commuting. Horses are costly. Trains have limited timings and limited seats. 1. Go on weekdays. 2. Have great bargain skills. 3. Try to book a hotel near the market only. 4. Be ready to walk and walk and only Walk. 5. Make sure your kids have a habit of walking 2 to 5 km to see sightseeing. 6. Must have BSNL / IDEA / Airtel sim card with each one. JIO have no connection at all. Enjoy 😊
