Would depend on your pouches , measure the mag and cut out a dummy piece of cardboard to test fit into your kit. At least that’s what I plans to do
How long have you been doing this? Just started getting into making toolbelts, and pouches... been getting alot of ideas for suspenders from h harness, and chest rig builds lately. Subscribed. Check me out if youd like. Been at it for about 8 months...
Any way to make that same adapter except for one inch female buckles?
How about a kydex or elastic insert for a 2 mag placard? Like for a Midwest Armor GP pouch with the magazine option in the rear or a JSTA/Shepherd A42 style.

Hi i tried to send this through email you provided but didnt work, Question on ZIP-ON PANEL ADAPTER SET, SPIRITUS SYSTEMS SPECS I have a spiritus back panel i wish to put on my CP SPC and i notice there is only 6x5 molle on the back, but looking at the example picture 3 it seems like its only using 5 columns. Cool video, but you don't talk or show measurements or describe the drain hole. The angle of the flap. The spot at which you bend it at. Type of kydex. The Velcro and adhesive.

Kydex Thickness; .125 or .09 Diameter of drain hole; 3/16" Cut Width of each; 2.75" Cut Length of each; 2x Depth of Mag Carrier plus 1". This will depend on the depth of the Magazine Carrier that you intend to use. For a Mag Carrier that has a depth of 5.5" Mag Carrier, Length before bending would be 2x5.50"+1" = 12". You could use 11". For a Mag Carrier that has a depth of 3.5" Mag Carrier, Length before bending would be 2x3.50"+1" = 8". You could use 7.5"". ~~Wing Path
just ordered a sheet of kydex and some velcro bc i didnt wanna shill out the $7/piece for the kywis, i plan to use a heat gun, should i consider using a metal magazine or will a pmag work fine? i dont want to damage my mags
Try the pmag. Let me know how that works. I use wood blocks and wood molds.
