First of all worse takeoff and second wheres the taxing to the runway?

What really happened was pan am was passing over the runway while klm was taking off and there was fog causing poor visibility and there were communication issues too and this was one of the worst accidents ever and almost happened again a delta 737 i think was taking off and another plane crossed the runway fortunately the delta did not collide and stopped in time the other plane that crossed wasn’t plan to do it and was told to takeoff at the
