That is impressively organized - making use of every space to have all your collections! You have everything I would need in a small space - and yet it still feels spacious and uncluttered.

From what my partner told me, it really depends on who you're around for this day. You definitely have to make Christmas your own and hold your own celebrations. Japan doesn't really do their own thing as a whole for Christmas. I agree with you on the "don't go to Japan for xmas" considering this. If you don't know many folks in Japan and don't have folks to celebrate with, it won't really work.
