I bet when he initially wrote this song, the lyrics for the chorus were "We're the Jew's, sporting anti..." & then he Incorporated all the Jewish slang within the verse. He probably felt that was a little too "on the nose" & changed it to "We're the Brews...". When you write songs yourself, you start to develop a sense for this sort of thing.
