Is there much difference without suet?
I think so, yes! Suet gives a more crumbly spongey texture, whilst butter gives a softer, richer cake-like texture and is (in my opinion) tastier :)
yum i made it (i burnt the butter and stained the pan but still good)
Looks delicious
As a Texan, I approve of the use of brisket in this recipe. But the Texan in me wonders what this recipe would be like with a smoked brisket 🤔

I always wondered how they make it crispy on top of the wraps I thought they added breadcrumbs but I haven't had one myself before :)
You can make it crispy without the cheese too, just toast the quesadilla in the pan with a little butter :)

Pretty simple recipe and it doesn't use much dishes, I'm definitely trying this one out

I’m making falafel today or tomorrow and this may be a nice sauce to have as well as tahini homemade sauce. Some roasted cauliflower would go well with this as well. I’m craving dill.
