Hi , I created my evisa with BRP(settle status) and identity document I used BRP only. BRP expired 31/12/2024. I m not able to view my passport details in my evisa and dont have option to add/update passport details. Personal details page is missing. I can see sign in and contact details only. I will return to the UK after January 1st, 2025, which means my physical BRP will have expired by then, like everyone else’s. My question is about the 'Your location' section in '1. Identity and contact,' where it asks: "Are you in the UK now?" Does this refer to whether I am currently based in the UK or physically present in the UK? I live in the UK, but I am outside the UK for a month on holiday. In this case, should I answer "Yes, I am in the UK," or "No, I am outside the UK"?

We recently went on my husband's account and certainly cannot see any link to the e-visa. Do we need to have this e-visa because the ukvi account we need to update if we have any changes i e, passport. Hi, I have extended my dependent visa in November mid 2024. After 2 days I have received a mail from home office that my application has been approved and I can stay upto 14 December 2026. After received this mail I checked my UKVI account to access my e-visa. There I'm able to see my visa status except my photo. When I try to take my share code - right to work, right to rent and prove immigration status it's showing a message like this we cannot show your details. Could you please reply why this technical error happened? Thank-you

Thanks this is a great video; I only started this process a couple of days ago from a paper residency document & passport stamp and recognise most of the steps you've shown. It's a very long winded process which seems to frequently request information already given in a previous answer. I'm waiting for an ID appointment at their local offices and guess that I will probably have to go through linking the e-VISA to a phone app once my status has been confirmed.

But what if I don't have a BRP(biometric residence card) but a BRC(biometric residence card), and these instructions don't work?
